Dr Patricia Robinson is an ACT practitioner and trainer with over 20 years of experience in using ACT in primary care settings. She is widely regarded as one of the pioneers of ACT, and a master clinician specialising in brief applications of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. Patricia currently consults with primary care systems around the United States that are seeking to integrate behavioral services into the general health care setting.
Patricia is an author and co-author of numerous articles and book chapters and has published myriad books, including “In This Moment: Five Steps to Transcending Stress Using Mindfulness and Neuroscience” and “Real Behavior Change in Primary Care“.
